I am a 27 year old Seattle, WA native. When asked how long I have been an artist I usually tell people my grandmother says that I have been drawing since I could pick up a pen. Upon viewing my work, it becomes obvious to most that I am very comic book influenced. I am particularly inspired by Todd McFarlane and his masterpiece "Spawn". About 2 years ago, I started using the computer as my medium and primarily use Adobe Photoshop 5 for my work. The thing most people find impressive after seeing my portfolio is the fact that I have never had any kind of formal computer training of any kind. Although I consider it irrelevant to my artistry, I feel compelled to mention the fact that I am gay. I came out about 7 years ago, an experience I intend to sculpt into a screenplay one day. The only reason I mention this fact is because this section is titled "ABOUT ME...". | |||||||||||||||||||||||
